What comes on your mind when you hear this song?

Yup, majority of us flashed on our minds "Pinoy Big Brother" or PBB, the reality TV program in ABS-CBN 2 which first aired on Philippine TV last 2005. And now back on our TV screens via this year's season PBB Double Up.

But do you know that this same song somewhat marked my heart?

Well, I already told you before my September love story way back September 14, 2005. My love story that started seeing a girl wearing orange in a cheering competition late in the afternoon who smiled and stared at me. Then she eventually turned out to be Aviona whom my heart is searching for in that year.

Yeah, after seeing her in our building during the sportfest, my heart is longing to find her. Orange, the color which remain in my heart since I first saw her wearing an orange sleeveless for the cheering. Then I always saw her wearing different other orange shirts and blouse in our Collage building.

The search is over in finding Aviona! Atlast... I finally found her in our ECE General Assembly. Wearing a black ECE shirt that time, since our ECE t-shirt in 2005 was a plain black with a label of ECE organization, she really looks good! I felt deeply in love. I also discovered that she was a member of our organization. She can even play an instrument as well!

And since they have a performance for our assembly, this is the time I saw her talent in dancing. Dancing in the tune of this song "Pinoy ako"!

Wow! Great...!!! I was starstruck! My eyes were constantly fixed to her moves!

Yeah, their performance was a dance number to the tune of Pinoy Ako! They were dancing the same steps the housemates did! She danced gracefully! My heart was really captured! What a moment this day...! I really felt so 'kilig'!

I eventually called my bestfriends and my sidekicks. I told them, I finally found Aviona!!! She was here...she was here...!! I can't explained the feeling I had that day! Oh...that moment happened in October 2005, another anniversary...now in 4th year!

I felt so glad. I felt so loved that day! I was so inspired. This was some of the moments how our love story happened. A Mulawin inspired love story which was the longest one! All was now in my memories. A very great moment and experience to look back!

'One Summer Day'...I didn't expect I will fall in love! I fall inlove to someone when we go together in Intramuros Manila. This is such a kind of love story that grows and blooms through the summer scent!



Yup, the summer of 2005 reminds me of the love that grows in Summer. I didn't even realized that I will fall inlove to my classmate that seems too close to me during our summer class. Everyday, everytime in our class, my love for her grows slowly. Until one day, after we had a summer trip in Inramuros, I find myself falling deep inlove with her!

I always look for her in our class. I always want to seat beside her. I always assume that I will copy her exam just to be with her. What this love? I cried hardly after the summer ends, after our summer class when we departed apart!


I could say that my Summer love story that happened on those days was a perfect replacement for my previous love I lost from Dubai. If Dubai took our hearts away, this time, the ending of Summer cracked my heart! 2004 and Summer of 2005, back to back love story for me! But, after this Summer, I was again fell inlove successively on the same year, one in Bacolod then on September!

Actually this song is one of the other themesongs for her for that year. Don't worry, I will reveal to you my other two themesongs for her soon!

I accidentally heard this song, revived by MYMP on that year when I go to Quiapo to buy a VCD. I was touched at first that I've heard it. It perfectly fits my Summer love story to the song! I eventually likes MYMP for singing their version of this song! It's such a hit now only in my heart but to the whole radio as well!

I'll Never Go

This song used to be our theme song 14 years ago. Yeah, it was 1995 when the original version of this song by Nexus hit the air waves. I was grade 5 during those time.

Like an ordinary child, on that time also, I felt my first love. I was in grade 5 while she was in grade 6. Both of us were from the same school. I just can't identify my feelings on those time. Will that be the "first love" as they always say, or just a "puppy love"? Or maybe a simple crush or an infatuation to a beautiful white complexion child? Hmmm...could I consider her my first love, or the one I met on 1999? But anything else, I enjoy being with her. The girl having an initial of RN. I used to write her name on our walls in our former house.

Bringing back the time long years ago, whenever I hear this song, I felt love, I felt something falling deeply into her! I felt bad nga dati when this song fall into the number 2 spot in the toplist.

2005, the moments where reminisce when Erik Santos made a revival of this song and his version was used in the Korean Series, "Stained Glass" as well as in the movie "One More Chance"! But on those tiime, the feeling was also revived! I didn't anymore felt inlove with the girl child having an initial of RN. Because on 2005, I was falling inlove with another girl having an initial of MB.

And so...cutting the story short, let's all revisit our feelings to the new tune and lyrics of the song popularized by Erik Santos. Hope that I could get the sound from Nexus.
