September once again comes. Did you know that this month speaks two love stories to me?! And one of these was the one happened in 2005, the longest ran!

It's already 5 years ago but still whenever I hear this song from Cueshe, memories of how my love story started relives!

This song called "Ulan" is one of the famous hit songs from Cueshe which dominates our music scene in the year of 2005. In this same year, I started to fall in love with the person I met one cheering day!

But actually, I can't say that this song is one of my theme songs to her. It's because when it became a hit, we didn't yet met. Before we met, I was currently in love with one of the staffers from Cavite! But after my feelings for that Cavite Staffers diminished, I started to fall in love with this cheering person. And eventually, I remember her for this song!

This song also fits September! Yup, since September is a rainy month, definitely it needs a rainy song!

Where Are You Now Music Video

At first I thought the band singing this song is a Filipino rock band since their voices sound like a Pinoy. But I was surprised that it's a US band!

Honor Society is the group who sings this song called "Where Are You Know"!

I like this song! At first you will love the rhythm and melody of it. You will also love how it was played. But you will love more the message implied by it!

Yup, the song keep on remembering the best moments they have! They were wondering where are now their former teachers, classmates, friends, crush, or lovers! Hmmm...I can relate with them! Haha! =)

Like the singer of the song, today I still wonder where are now the people who used to closed with me! I'm thinking where is now my former lover, my former crush, and my former friends! Of course, I still wonder where is now my former enemies! Haha! But I don't wanna see my former enemies now!

But in case of my former lovers, crush, or friends, I like to see them now. I wonder how they look now, how cute or beautiful they were now, their status in life or if they were still alive! I also like to know if they already have a family of their own! Were they still single, or I am only the one left single?! Hmmm....!

Lay Your Hands Music Video

Sunday night while having a window shopping to look for a new clothes in SM Makati, this song was playing. When I heard this song, it seems that this song sounds so familiar! Oh...!

Immediately memories flashed on my mind. Yeah, this was the song...the song! It was the theme song used by our former Associate Editor in our school publication as a theme song in our first Publication's Alumni celebration called "3AM"! Hayz, I really can't forget that moment.

I can't explain how I feel during those moments when we had our Alumni event. The feeling of being inlove and jealous collided in my heart.

Yeah I was so excited that we had another event together with my former ex-lover who used to be my co-staffer in the said publication. But our former Associate Editor who handled the event broke our supposed to be another teamup. He paired my love team to the other junior staff to host the show! And it really felt so jealous on my side! Kulang na lang sabihin ko nun sa kanya, "hindi ka din ba nasasaktan dahil gusto mo din ung tinambal mo sa partner ko...?! And I was so frightened before the start of the event. How I wish, the show wouldn't anymore prosper!

And the time was come! What will I do, my lover was paired to a potential rival! What I did was to sit on the front of the stage so that I could look on them from time to time!

Heto na, when the show started and they started to speak, our co-staffers specially the other junior staffs were shouting, "selos...selos...selos...!!!" pertaining to me! I was so very jealous to the nth power and angry during that time! I don't know what to do. It was the fault of our Assoc. Editor!

After the show in the stage, ceremony then followed. Again we were together with my ex-lover. I don't care about the program. I care with my lover!

Although the program was not yet over, when my ex decided to go home, I also decided to go home home too. My co-Editor even asked me, "Uuwi ka na din Rocky...?!" Of course, we will go home together! Going home too jealous!

That was the 'selos' episode of our love story! I was so glad that once again I heard this song called "Lay Your Hands" from Simon Webbe. That was the theme song of the said event. The theme song of the so-called 'jealous episode' of our love story!

Ne-yo's Because of You Music Video

Let's continue dancing with our dancing shoes with the rhythm of this another hit dance craze. It's Ne-yo's turn here in the Rhythm of Rock!

Did you know that I remember my first conducted training to my teammates with this song?!

Yup, it was 2008 when I conducted my first training to my teammates. And this was the theme song that I used in my presentation.

All my officemates very well loved my presentation. It became remarkable to all of them as I put 'flying birds' and animations in my slides. Of course, there was sound on it which was this song from Ne-yo called "Because of You"! From that time, I became the official Trainer in our team!

And I was also thankful for this song. Besides my first training to them called "Days with the Dev", I further remember my 2008 memories with my fellow good teammates!

So, let us reminisce the moments in my team with this Ne-yo's hot dance craze. Yeah, I also remember my other officemates who were no longer connected in our office because of this song. And let's enjoy this music video! C",)

This song also reminds me of my third year high school memories. Yup, it was also became a huge hit in the year 1999. This was popularized by Joey Mcintyre.

Hmmm...how did it reminds me of my high school moments? Did it also brings back the memories of my first love?!

Hmmm...not exactly! Actually this song became a hit before I met my first love. It became famous on the early part of my third year high school days. I met my first love on the month of September!

But then still this song led to remembering my first love! You know that our former neighbor who used to be my enemy really love this song?! Haha! She kept on singing this song everytime it was played on the radio (and even if not playing)!

Big Girls Don't Cry Music Video

It's been three years and one month now since I got my first and second jobs. Yeah, it was 2007 when I struggled for a best job. Thanks God, I already got my third job which is best among the previous two! And I already spending my two years and three months here.

Talking about my previous two jobs, did you know that this song from Fergie reminded me of my previous works?

Actually this song called "Big Girls Don't Cry" was the theme song of my officemates in my second job. They keep on playing this song on their cubicles. The song was so good to hear, hindi nakakasawa...! I also love this one!

What more, before I leave my first job, whenever I ride on the bus going home, this song was always played! And my love in that first job always registered on my mind!

But this song was really for my second job. Whenever this song was played, I always remember those god times I spent in this second job. My friends there, my moments, and of course my crush there...all those memories flashed on my mind when I hear this song!

How about if we watch its music video?! I love its music video! It seems that my love stories in my first and second job were reflected here! But still my previous working moments were still on top! So, let us all see how beautiful and hopelessly romantic this song is...! C",)

Eternal Flame Music Video

The year 1999 was a very memorable year to me. I was a 15-year old third year high school student during that year. My career, my academic performance and of course the most important thing, my love life really bloomed during that year!

Adopting an era from my favorite history subject, this was my "Golden Year" in high school!

And this song from the boy group called Human Nature was became a huge hit in the era of my "golden year" in high school.

Yeah, hearing this revival song made me remember the days that I became successful in school and in my romance. Imagine in that year I became an official Philippine History Quizzer, a Science and Technology Quizzer, a Best in Chemistry student having a ceiling grade in four grading periods, a Literary Editor in our school publication, a winner of all the contest that I've joined, and a Top 2 (Second Honor) student in our year level! What more, I got an average grade of more than 92+ at the end of our year. But the most important thing, the best thing that happened to me was the time I fall in love with my co-quizzer!

Well, I think I do not need to tell you over and over again my first love story (unang teleserye kong nag-hit!) since you already knew that from my previous posts. I just like to share with you how it feels hearing back the song that sings my love story!

If you ask me if nasan na sya ngayon, the latest news I got about her was that, she was already in USA taking her Masteral degree in Medicine! And their family is owning and running a parlor/SPA business!

So, let me share with you this good music video from Human Nature, the MTV of the song called "Eternal Flame". JCTM...now a good memory to cherish! C",)

When You're Looking Like That Music Video

This Irish Boyband called Westlife was the group who really became part of my lovelife. Yup, they were the one who sang the majority of my lovelife's theme songs! From the very first time I felt the so-called 'first love' way back in my third year high school up to the college romance I had in my second year college, Westlife's hit songs became the soundtrack of my heart.

Their first hit called "Swear It Again" was my theme song to my first love having an initial of JCTM. But before we discussed that, allow me first to share with you my first romance in college which used this song as our theme.

I enter my first year college being a DOST scholar. And as a prerequisite of being such scholar, we need to took a summer class. And this summer class opened my heart into another love affair!

After our summer class, each section needs to perform a special number. Our section was divided into two. The first group will dance the crazy dance 'butsikek' while the other one will dance this hit song. And I became part of the second group.

My close friend in this class was the one who taught me the dance step of this Westlife song. And during our practice, I eventually falling in love with her. Actually upon the start of our summer class, my heart was truly captivated by her!

How I wished this summer will never end! We really became close friend! We danced together with this dance hit! We were together in the very last day of this summer class! We danced together and our section won the special number contest among the other sections!

2001 was the year we became close friend. Everytime I hear this song, I cry! I still remember her! How I wish I will dance with her again...!

Bye, Bye, Bye Music Video

This was the first dance song of the hot boyband N'Sync which was also the carrier single in their album "No Strings Attached". This same song also put the group in stardom!

It was year 2000 when this dance craze became a great hit. Summer of the said year to be exact when the song played all over the radio and became number one in the different chart lists!

Did you know that this song was also my theme song to our former neighbor?!

Yup, I got a crush to our former neighbor in Valenzuela City who was a dancer! She was a member of the dance group and really got a sexy hot body! Oohh...! I even feel and feed my fantasy to have an intercourse with her! Ummm...

And every time that this song was playing in the radio, I feel like dancing with her! I even dream to have a dance with her, to be with her, and go together with her in one bed! She was really hot and had a white complexion!

Hmmm...after ten years, will I also feel the same? How about when I see her again? Could I still feel so 'hot'?! I think so since 'till now she still owns a terrific seductive body! Haha!

It's Gonna Be Me Music Video

Let's bring back the boyband craze once again! Yup, boyband was a very huge hit in the late 90's and in the early 2000. And one of these boyband which really created a remarkable hit in the history of music was N'Sync!

After I made visible to you the "Invisible Man" music videos of 98 Degrees, let us see how many strings were attached to this one of the favorite boybands - the N'Sync!

I was in third year and fourth year high school when this boy group became so popular. Every recess time, all my classmates in our section even in the other section keep on listening to this group. They even bought cassette tapes of this band.

This song "It's Gonna Be Me" was somewhat memorable to me. It was my theme song to my crush in high school. Every time that I joined in the different Quiz Bees and Journalism Writing Contests in fourth year high school, it was usually played and performed in the different dance numbers!

Hmmm...years later, let us see how can this music video brings back the momeries of my high school life. For my first N'Sync offerings, here is the music video of one of their hits from the album "No Strings Attached"! Let's groove with it! C",)

Catch Me I’m Falling

It's been two years ago after I had my first love in the corporate world. In my first job, I found my first love in the workplace!

I didn't know how we met. Could it be intended or accidental?

This is an article I published in my "Bits of Rockz" blog in Friendster last September 17, 2007. I wrote this when I already on my second work right after we had separated with my love in my first job. I like to share it with you here in my new blog.

It reads:

Unexpected…accidental… intentional…or should I say destiny had moved the way?

You cannot predict what will going to happen or what your fate offers to you. Maybe you wish for someone to be with you, and you didn’t know how that wish will be granted. But suddently, you didn’t expect that the hands of fate has something to do for that wish. You didn’t even know that it is ‘already written in the stars’ that the two of you is yet to meet. That the path for the two of you will soon to be collided!

And now that the twist was already there, and you already had the ‘wish’ on your hands, what will you do next to keep that grant on your hands? Day by day, the feelings get stronger and you realized that you already fallen deeply to your ‘former wish’!

But the question is, it is not yet the right time for the two of you. It is not yet the time to keep or to hold on your ‘grant’ deeply. Deeply and deeply until you ultimately fall. You still have a priority, a goal, and ambition greater than your ‘wish’ that needs a much attention and more focus. What will you do if you already ‘fallen’? The question now, "will you catch me if I fall…"?

It’s just a brief interrude to my new soap. A series recently started in a ligher way (in contrast with my previous hit fantasy-series). Now that the ’season’ have started and a place in my heart was just created deeper and deeper (?), the only thing, the only wish, and request from the bottom of my rebuilt heart and brilliance mind, was that…catch me if I fall!

Thanks for Ms. Toni Gonzaga that sings one of the rhythm of my heart now for these days, "Catch Me I’m Falling". I like to share it with you to build a new inspiration, a new new hope, and a new dreams and endeavors to all our hearts… Just like what happened to me! It now builds a new fighting spirit in a lighter way but deeply inside to come across the road…!

Only Reminds Me of You

As part of my one year celebration of the rebirth of my blogs, I will share with you again the post from my first blog site Bits of Rocks in Friendster.

This is under my segment there called "Rhythm of my Heart"

This song "Only Reminds Me of You" was my theme song to my former officemate in my previous company.

In "Bits of Rocks", this post was titled "5 Years Later".

Now let us revisit back this famous post. It reads:

Sabi nila kapag nagmahal ka raw, mahirap nang maalis sa puso mo ang mukha ng taong dating minahal mo. Lalo na kapag may kamukha ito… For this time, right now I already Moved On with the greatest love story I ever produced! Tinatawanan ko nalang ngayon at masayang binabalikan ang nakalipas na pag-ibig.

June 2002, Second Year College pa lang ako noon when I fall to someone, eventually naging close friend ko sya sa maikling panahon dahil nag-dropped ito turning our love story to eventually end!

Masyado akong nasaktan nang mga panahong ‘yon, at tanging hiling na makita at muling makasama ang taong nilalaman ng puso. But as they only says, ‘time will heal…time will make you forget…‘ But it takes time bago sya mapalitan ng isang taong may brace sa ngipin (^_^)!

Right now, i’m already a Software Engineer here in Makati, limang taon na ang nakalipas mula noong 2002. I didn’t expect, may isang tao pala na magpapasaya muli (after Mulawin and Love At First… teleserye ko for this year) sa puso ko ngayon. Unang araw ko pa lang sya makita, tumalon na ang puso ko sa tuwa…until I realized…day after day…kamukha or sabihin na nating ipinaaalala ka niya sa’kin…ang dati kong minahal!!

Magkaroon rin kaya kami ng love story? Maging close friend or barkada ko rin kaya sya tulad ng dati ko noon? Anu naman kaya ang magiging title ng bagong telenovela ko kung sya na kaYa ang hinihintay kong makatambal? Pero, isang awit lang ang maiaalay ko sa kanya pagnangyari na ‘yun…"Only reminds me of you" …dahil ipinaaalala nya ang dating inibig ko! Para sa’yo kaya ang awit na ito…?

This song by Avril Lavigne made a smash hit on radio on the year of 2002. I was only a second year college student taking up my first course during that time! But, I heard it again now in Pinoy Big Brother Double-Up, but this time with the different singer!

Yeah, hearing back the song brings back my memories during that year!

Well, this song for me in 2002 reminded me of my second year college romance. I had a classmate before for only a short period of time. Yeah, she dropped her subjects so that we only been together from June to August. She was a working student who worked as a crew in the famous fast food chain.

Though smaller than me, that girl was really pretty. With her white complexion, she was so cute that everyone could fall over her! Sad that I'm with her, or that we had been together for a short period of time! But we had been a very good friends! Too close...a friend whom I longed for in that moment!

After we had a separated lives, this song eventually filled the air. Without having her that time, I always remember her with this song.

Well, could you tell me who revived this song today? I keep on searching for the new singer of this one, but I can't able to find!

And I Love You So

Just recently, this movie hits the blockbuster spot. With perfectly combined cast, world-class singer of the theme, and a truly captivating soundtrack, no more questions how it grabbed the hearts of the moviegoers!


Well as previously seen from its teaser, it was a kind of heavy-drama love story or rather a love triangle between the characters of Bea Alonzo, Derek Ramsay, and Sam Milby. Surprisingly, they portrait a totally matured roles. This is the movie where you will see the sexy body of Ms. Bea Alonzo. This is also the movie where you can experience the intimate love scene of Bea and Sam!

Hmmm...it such a totally matured movie for the young age. Especially nowadays, if not teenagers, young professionals like us age between 20 to 25 were experiencing such kind of love. But take note, it's not just ordinary love with only a holding hands or a movie date...an intimate love affairs with sex and body involvements! And in our age right now, many of us were already married or is planning to marry! Well, maybe many can relate with Bea's role in this movie since she plays a married woman who eventually get widowed!


Now the questions goes, who between Sam and Derek's character will Bea choose at the end of the story? We can't tell right away if we didn't catch the movie!

In terms of the theme song, it really suits the story. Have you observed that this song nowadays is gaining its popularity? Yup, actually this is not the first time that the said song was used as a theme. Regine Velasquez first made the revival of this song and now used as a theme in GMA 7's Koreanovela, "Cruel Love"! The title itself suggests a painfully heavy drama romance! And now, Gary Valenciano as well as Sam Milby also made their revivals for the said song and used for this movie!

More trivia about the song, this was originally done by Perry Como and Don McLean. Other more revisions were done by different artists way back in the past!

We always say that it is always good to bring back the good old days. Remembering and reminiscing the good times with your beloved someone grows you heart even fonder. But, is it always good to reminisce back the time of pains and hurts with your special someone?


It was 2006 when I first heard this song over the radio. I was a fifth year graduating student then. The song sounds tears and pain. And on that period of time, this song fits my love story. On that time, I was fallen deeply inlove with someone that causes me too much pain and hurts. Not to mention that on that time also I was facing trials and difficulties with my org. I was in a great competition with my rivals!

So, let us stop talking with that painful past. What good is that all things were getting better now! All things were all settled. I don't want it anymore to look back on the dark past.
